Simply fill out the subscription form on our Contact page. Select your plan, tell us your delivery address (T Nagar & nearby areas, Chennai), and share any food allergies. We'll confirm your subscription within 2 hours and start delivery from the next working day.

We offer three plans: Starter Aura (₹799/week) — 1 bowl per day, Mon–Sat + Saturday dessert. Power Aura (₹1,499/week) — 2 bowls per day + daily dessert. Family Aura (₹2,699/week) — 2 bowls × 2 persons + daily dessert. All plans include free delivery.

We work on a weekly subscription basis. There is no lock-in — you can pause or cancel with 2 days' notice before your next week's billing.

We currently deliver within T Nagar and nearby areas in Chennai. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, drop us a message with your address and we'll confirm within the hour.

All deliveries are made between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. You can specify a preferred time slot (morning or afternoon) in your subscription form.

Our delivery partner will leave the bowl at your doorstep in our sealed, insulated packaging to keep it fresh. If you have specific instructions (gate code, floor number, etc.), please mention them in your subscription form.

Yes — free door delivery is included in all our subscription plans, within our delivery zone. No hidden charges.

Each day has a different cuisine theme: Monday — Mediterranean, Tuesday — Middle Eastern, Wednesday — Asian, Thursday — Mexican, Friday — Italian, Saturday — High Protein / Special Bowl. See the full menu details here.

We do not offer individual bowl customisation — our chefs curate each day's bowl using the freshest seasonal produce. However, we do take food allergies and strict dietary restrictions (e.g. Jain, no onion-garlic) into account during preparation. Please share these when you subscribe.

Absolutely. All ingredients are sourced fresh each morning from trusted local farms. We use zero frozen vegetables and zero preservatives. Our bowls are prepared and sealed within hours of delivery.

The Saturday dessert is a complimentary treat included with your bowl on Saturdays. Starter Aura subscribers receive a dessert every Saturday. Power Aura and Family Aura subscribers receive a daily dessert with every bowl throughout the week.

When you subscribe, you'll fill in a mandatory allergy form covering common allergens (tree nuts, peanuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, soy, sesame). Your allergy profile is shared with our kitchen team before any preparation begins. We take this very seriously.

Yes. SaladAura operates out of an FSSAI-certified kitchen in T Nagar, Chennai. Our kitchen follows strict hygiene protocols — all staff wear gloves and masks, surfaces are sanitised every 2 hours, and every ingredient is quality-tested before use.

Most of our bowls are vegetarian-friendly. The Saturday High Protein bowl may include grilled chicken — if you prefer paneer or tofu, please mention this in your subscription notes. We'll make sure to accommodate where possible.

After confirming your subscription, we'll share payment details via WhatsApp or email. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash on first delivery. Weekly billing is set up once your subscription is confirmed.

If there's ever a quality issue with your bowl, contact us within 2 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or credit for your next delivery. We stand behind every bowl we make.
